Can I initiate a work from home policy if the parish office is closed?
You will need to determine essential services that are required while the office is closed. Confirm that employees can connect to the office server. Hourly (non-exempt) employees should not work from home.
For those employees working remotely, monitor work and productivity of employee(s). Communicate often.
