How has the Priests’ Pension Plan investment portfolio performed in recent years?
In March 2007, at the request of Detroit Archdiocesan priests, and upon consultation with the Presbyteral Council, Priests’ Pension Plan funds were separated from the archdiocesan Loan Deposit Program. In the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2018, the market value of plan investments increased by $6,794,715 from the previous fiscal year and the Plan paid out $3,738,305 to participants. The Plan is audited annually by Plante Moran.
