Is attendance expected to be taken?
Due to the circumstances, attendance in the traditional sense is not expected. We must demonstrate an understanding that not all current home situations are conducive to regularly scheduled phone calls or emails to determine student engagement. However, teachers with virtual learning capabilities are encouraged to establish clear guidelines with their students regarding expectations and designated check-ins when/if possible. Please temper expectations with reason.
