Who serves on the Board of Directors of Mooney Real Estate Holdings?
The governing documents of MREH provide that its Board of Directors will consist of seven individuals appointed/elected as follows:
- Five persons appointed by the Archbishop, two of whom must be members of the College of Consultors of the Archdiocese of Detroit and may be clergy, and three of whom must be lay members of the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Detroit.
- Two lay persons elected by a majority of the five persons appointed in (1) above.
