Catholic Cemeteries

As we continue our journey toward becoming joyful missionary disciples carrying out the Church’s mission and message of our Lord Jesus Christ, we know at some time the Lord will call us home to our final resting place. When our loved ones pass into eternal rest, the Archdiocesan cemeteries help families as they go through the difficult time of saying goodbye. Cemetery representatives work in unison with local funeral homes to assist families, treating all individuals with the respect and dignity one should expect when dealing with the loss of a family member. Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is a ministry of the Archdiocese of Detroit that oversees the operations of Archdiocesan Cemeteries. CFCS staff are dedicated to accompanying families through loss and ensuring them that their loved ones will be taken care of in their final earthly resting place.
