Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
I am aware that the automated background check authorization form that launched on the Virtus platform late last week is not functioning as intended. Thank you to everyone who has shared their experiences with me.
For the time being, please use the print/PDF Background Check Authorization Form, conducting background checks as you have done in the past.
I am working with Virtus to correct the issues with the online form. It is my hope that they will be corrected no later than the end of next week. I will send a follow-up email when Virtus has addressed all of the issues.
